1. Campaign Purpose and Eligibility

• This Black Friday offer is primarily intended for individual contractors and freelancers who operate through a limited company or as a sole proprietor, as well as small businesses with one or two persons.
• The £19 per month special offer is designed to cover the basic accounting and tax needs of these smaller business entities.
• SMEs with 3 or More Employees: Should an SME with three or more employees apply during the campaign, The Accounting Crew reserves the right to modify the terms of the special offer. Businesses of this size typically require additional services that fall outside the scope of the £19/month package. These applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis during the consultation step with one of our account managers.

2. Offer Details

• The Black Friday offer provides basic accounting and tax services at a promotional rate of £19/month for the first 12 months, representing an 80% discount from the standard rate of £95/month.
• This rate is valid only for the specified 12-month period beginning from the date of service commencement, after which standard rates will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The discount applies exclusively to The Accounting Crew’s basic accounting and tax services package and does not extend to additional services or premium service options.

3. Services Included in the Black Friday Offer

Our basic accounting and tax services cover essential functions to manage your company and personal portfolio. Under this offer, The Accounting Crew will provide the following services:

• Preparation and submission of annual accounts with HMRC
• Preparation and submission of your personal self-assessment tax return
• Preparation and submission of abbreviated accounts for Companies House
• Preparation and submission of Corporation Tax return (CT600)
• Submission of annual Confirmation Statement (for Limited Company clients)
• Submission of Companies House Annual Return (£34 Companies House filing fee is applicable)
• Advisory support for notifying Companies House of company changes
• Full Payroll Administration, including submission of monthly RTI reports to HMRC
• Full VAT Administration, including submission of quarterly or annual VAT returns
• Handling of general HMRC correspondence and queries

Additionally, you will receive the following benefits:

• A dedicated accountant to oversee your accounting and tax needs
• Unlimited advice on personal and business tax planning
• Continuous support via phone, video, and email
• Ongoing guidance on IR35 and legislative changes to ensure compliance and efficiency

4. Limited Availability

• This offer is limited to the first 100 new clients who complete the sign-up process and agree to these terms and conditions.
• Only new clients who have not previously used The Accounting Crew’s services are eligible to participate in this campaign.

5. Sign-Up and Acceptance Process

• To participate, clients must complete the online application form, providing accurate contact and business information.
• Each client must sign an acceptance letter provided by The Accounting Crew to confirm their eligibility for the Black Friday offer.
• All applications are subject to review, and The Accounting Crew reserves the right to deny applications that do not meet eligibility requirements.

6. Service Start Date

• Services for clients who sign up under this offer will commence in January or February 2025, based on the client’s preferred start date, which will be agreed upon during onboarding.

7. Lucky Draw

• As part of the Black Friday offer, one new client per day (Monday to Friday during the campaign period) will be randomly selected to win a full year of free accounting and tax services, a value of £1,140.
• Each selected client will be notified by email, and the free year of services will cover the same package as the Black Friday offer.
• Draw winners must have fully completed the sign-up process to be eligible, and the free year of services will commence in January or February 2025, based on the client’s start date.

8. Refer-a-Friend Program

• After submitting their application, clients participating in the Black Friday offer can refer friends to The Accounting Crew via the referral form on the Thank You page.
• For each successful referral, the referring client will earn an additional entry into the Black Friday lucky draw, increasing their chances to win a full year of free accounting and tax services.
• To qualify as a referral, the referred friend must be a new prospect who has not previously engaged with The Accounting Crew and must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• The referring client must provide accurate information about themselves and the referred friend, including valid contact details.

Data Protection and Privacy

• The Accounting Crew will process personal data provided during the referral process in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
• By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have the consent of the referee to share their personal information (name and email address) with The Accounting Crew for the purpose of receiving a referral invitation.
• Referees will receive an email invitation explaining the Black Friday offer and inviting them to participate. The referee’s data will not be used for any other purpose unless they choose to engage further with The Accounting Crew.
• Both referrers and referees have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting [contact email address].
• The Accounting Crew will not retain personal data related to referrals longer than necessary for the purposes of the promotion and will handle all data in line with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here.

9. Non-Transferable Offer

• This Black Friday offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Clients may not transfer their spot, promotional rate, or prize eligibility to another individual or business.

10. Modification and Termination

• The Accounting Crew reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Black Friday offer at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
• If such action is necessary, The Accounting Crew will take all reasonable steps to honour commitments made to qualifying clients up to the point of modification or termination.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• The Accounting Crew values client privacy and will handle all personal and business information provided through this campaign in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• By participating in this offer, clients agree to the use of their information for contact, service provision, and communication about this and future promotions.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By signing up for this Black Friday offer, clients agree to these terms and conditions in full.
